MD/CEO
Oluwatomisin Omojuwa (MCP, MSC, MBA, FCA, FICA) is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is a dynamic Senior Financial accounting professional with progressive experience in auditing, banking operations, tax consulting, relationship management and business development spanning over 29 years.
He was the Managing Partner, Audit &Tax – Tomi Omojuwa & Co Chartered Accountants from 2018 to 2020. He was also the Group Head of Audit at Silverbird Group from 2016 to 2018. He was the Managing Consultant of Pathlead Consulting from 2013 to 2016.
Mr. Omojuwa was a Senior Manager/Branch Head of Zenith Bank, Oke-arin Branch from 2004 to 2012. He was instrumental to the growth of the branch from an asset base of N200m to over N3billion. He also won various awards including MD/CEO award for the highest revenue collecting branch in Lagos Area. Before then he has worked in various departments of the bank such as Internal Audit, Banking Operations and Marketing. He has a combined banking experience of over 20 years.
Oluwatomisin Omojuwa graduated with a First Class Honours in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, lle-Ife, Osun State in1989. He also holds an MBA (Marketing) and an MSc (Economics) from the University of Lagos.
He holds Microfinance Certification Programme of CIBN with 5 Distinctions in one sitting.
He joined the board of Rockshield in 2021 as the MD after the bank was recapitalized.

Modupe Olaleye holds a B.sc degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, Osun State. She possesses a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Lagos State University in 1997, with her passion and experience in the Educational Community she went for a Post graduate Diploma in Education in the year 2005 from University of Calabar.
She is confident, result oriented, positive role model and motivated school proprietress with over 20 years’ experience. She possesses the ability to manage the demanding workload of a proprietress with confidence.
Modupe is an educator who has the ability to convey ideas clearly, building trust and motivation on both individual and group in order to foster a positive learning environment in which students can realize their maximum potential.

Olajumoke Oluwadamilola Omojuwa is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a fellow of National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA). She holds an HND in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. Currently undergoing her MBA program at Business School Netherlands. A Certified Microfinance Banker. She has a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM) from Enterprise Development Center (EDC) of Pan Atlantic University.
She is the Managing Director of Pathlead Consulting and has facilitated a lot of Leadership and Management Trainings. She is also the MD of Pathlead Finance Ltd and Pathlead Homes and Properties Ltd.
She worked at Adelusi Ojo & co (Chartered Accountants) where she was disciplined in Audit. She also worked with Teelad Ltd, an International Manufacturing Supplies Company as the Marketing Manager.
She is a Graduate Mentee of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
She has a Google Certification in Digital Marketing.

Oluyemisi Hassan is a challenge seeking, multi-skilled professional, willing to lead and partner with others in instituting, implementing and operating sound banking and operational control systems in enterprises.
She is capable of implementing and operating sound risk management & business process improvement framework as a risk practitioner, providing assurance functions to management on best risk management practices with a view to adding value in all areas of engagement on a continuous basis. To achieve this, she is armed with strong training, team spirit and doggedness to succeed in this role.
She is a Fellow International Certified Risk Management Professional U.K (FICRMP), Senior member, Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria (SCILRM), Professional Member Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), Certified Microfinance Banker, with over nineteen (19) years industry experience mainly in finance, credit analysis and control, risk and asset management functions.

Levi Majemu Adetigha is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is also a graduate of Delloitte Academy for Auditors.
Mr Adetigha holds an HND in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.

Levi is an experienced auditor, finance, management and tax consultant.
He worked with Adeshina Adepitan & co as a Principal Manager (Tax and Audit), and a consultant to many other firms.
He is an experienced banker, having worked with some reputable banks including Zenith Bank Plc between 2005 and 2012 in Banking Operations.

Glory Araba Okuntade holds a BSc degree in Economics from Delta State University, Abraka in 2005.
He is a businessman and an entrepreneur par excellence. He started his working career with Dietsmann Nigeria Ltd as a Floorman between 1996 and 1998.
He also worked with Noble Drilling Ring as an Assisatant Drilling Engineer from 1998 to 1999. He became a Manager at Mola’s International Company between 1999 and 2002.
He started his own business in 2006 by establishing Big Fingers Oil Services Limited. He has been the Managing Director and the Chief Executive since 2006 till date. The company based in Warri, Delta State has grown to become a household name in the Oil servicing industry in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
He is bringing his wealth of experience to the Board of Rockshield MFB as a Director.
