Head Banking Operations & Finance
He holds a B.Agric. in Agric. Economics obtained from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Ogun State (now Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, FUNAAB). He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Practitioner and Economist. He is also an MBA holder.
He has approximately thirteen (13) years work experience that have cut across accounting and banking, having worked with Sterling Bank PLC, Wema Bank PLC and Resort Savings & Loans PLC. He has worked in all aspects of branch operations both in supportive, administrative and management capacities.
He has also worked as Head of Finance & Accounts and Head of Internal Control with reputable microfinance banks which includes Finatrust MFB Ltd, Crossover MFB Ltd, Edfin MFB Ltd, and Mkobo MFB Ltd.
He has attended numerous trainings and courses/symposium as a teacher, banker, accountant and auditor.
Head, Information Technology
Uche Ibeawuchi holds a BSc. degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife. He began his career with FinBank (now FCMB) where he held various positions in Operations and Information Technology.
He is an IT professional with vast experience in system administration, networking, data management, security, electronic banking and system support. He is responsible for the implementation of technology driven solutions and optimization of IT resources for business achievement.
He holds various certifications such as Certified CISCO Network Associate (CCNA), Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Information Technology Library Management (ITILv3), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) as well as Project Management Professional (PMP). He is an aassociate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) with over 13 years or banking and IT experience.
Head, Internal Control & Audit
Mudashir Abolaji Kazeem holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Offa, Kwara State. He started his career with Stratford Communication Limited as an accountant for two (2) years.
Prior to joining Unilag Microfinance Bank, he worked as the Head, Control and Compliance with Petra Microfinance Bank Plc and also as a Risk, Control and Compliance analyst with Jessfield Microfinance Bank Ltd for over 2 and 3years respectively. During this period, he was in charge of three (3) branches promoting effective policies and control. He is a Member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
